The monthly MLS data dropped a couple days ago and I noticed an interesting phenomenon with one of our beach cities. Although prices have been dropping in recent months, the rolling 12-month average continues to show a steady march upward in prices. That is hardly the home price free fall the national media would have you think we're experiencing.
