HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
We will schedule a virtual meeting over Zoom or the platform of your choice for us to learn more about you and your objectives, discuss the process and set up a game plan to achieve your goals.
SHOPPING FOR HOME
You tell us what you want in your new home and we'll (1) show you what's available; (2) email you new listings as they hit the market; and (3) start working our rolodex for off-market opportunities.
TOURING PROPERTIES
We will make sure you get floorplans and virtual tours for properties you like. If the listing agent doesn't make them available, we will. Also, we can walk the property with you on Zoom or the platform of your choice, and you can ask questions. If you want to see a property in real life, we will make arrangements for that to happen with full PPE.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
Offer documents and later, escrow documents, can all be signed electronically. We will walk you through the process and show you how to ask questions as they come up. We have worked with people of all tech-abilities with this process. No special equipment is needed.
MONEY DELIVERY DURING ESCROW
From your deposit to your down payment to your loan proceeds, all is wired into escrow. If wiring is a problem, we'll work with you to find a solution.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
We will help you select a general inspector who will thoroughly inspect your property and will produce a detailed written report with photos, as well as recommendations for follow on specialty inspections as warranted. Common specialty inspections in Silicon Beach are chimney, sewer and foundation inspections.
CLOSING ESCROW
A mobile notary can bring closing documents to you.
CONGRATULATIONS HOME OWNER!!
Once the loan documents and other closing documents are signed, the lender will wire funds to escrow and escrow will have the deed filed in your name. When filing is confirmed, we are able to get the keys and deliver them to you.
