Looser Rules For Open Houses Now In Effect
Open houses are now allowed, but there are still restrictions and these events still don't look like what we were used to pre-2020. Here is what to expect:
Appointments are no longer required
You'll find health warnings posted on properties ("posted rules of entry")
Multiple groups can now be on the property at the same time
Face masks are required for everybody, even fully vaccinated people
Hand sanitizer must be provided
No food or drink allowed
All parties entering a property must sign in (the sign in sheet will likely look like this)
